Processing Time
All hats and Halo Extensions are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.
